We are looking for a leader who has an interest in journalistic publishing in all forms and wants to be a key person in our production and publishing processes, both in print and digitally.

About the position

As Head of Editorial Publishing, you will have overall responsibility for the production and design of our finished editorial products. This includes, among other things:

• Leading and developing the team of print editors and layout designers responsible for the daily production of the print newspaper and e-paper for our 15 newspapers.
• Driving the development of new, efficient production flows and formats to meet the changing needs of our target audiences.
• Leading the work to implement and develop digital publishing platforms in collaboration with our partners.
• Working closely with the editors-in-chief of the newspapers and other departments within Erna Media to ensure that the publication of our journalism aligns with our business plan and our editorial strategies and goals.
• Responsibility for work environment, budget, and personnel for your team of approximately 15 people.

You will be part of Erna Media's management team for editorial operations, playing an important role in developing journalism within Erna Media.
